IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PENALTY BECAUSE THE FACILITY MET ALL OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE AUDIT POLICY AND THE AMOUNT OF ECONOMIC BENEFIT GAINED WAS INSIGNICANT.
