A Consent Agreement/Final Order was filed on December 30, 2009 with Metal Improvement Company, located in Bensalem, PA. Metal Improvement also failed to comply with regulatory requirements for universal waste lamps. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty. The company is currently in compliance with RCRA regulations.
