On April 3, 2009, the Director of the Hazardous Site Cleanup Division signed an Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent (“Settlement Agreement”) to conduct a Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (“RI/FS”) at the above-referenced Superfund Site (“Site”). Under the terms of the Settlement Agreement, Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation (“FWEC”) will perform the RI/FS and reimburse EPA for its future response costs, including oversight costs, associated with preparation of the RI/FS.
