The Region has charged the Respondent with 29 counts of UST violations whereby the Respondent failed to: (1) provide tank relase detection, (2) conduct a test of the line leak dtectior, 93) perform periodic line release detection, and (4) provide corrosion protection and/or test cathodic protection sytems.
