On March 30, 2007, a Complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing ( Complaint ) was filed by Region III pursuant to Subtitle I of th Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The Region has charged the Respondent with 29 counts of UST violations whereby the Respondent failed to: (1) provide tank relase detection, (2) conduct a test of the line leak dtectior, 93) perform periodic line release detection, and (4) provide corrosion protection and/or test cathodic protection sytems.
