Case summary

On May 17, 2006 EPA conducted an inspection of the Atlas cold Storage Faiclity in Hatfield, PA to determine compliances with the Risk Management Plan regulations found at 40CFR Part 68. EPA found the following violations: 1)Owner/operator filaed to prepared block flow diagram for the facilitiy; 20 failed to establish and implement procedures to maintain ongoing integrity process equiment; and 3) failed to perform inspections and test on process equipment. The adjusted penalty as set forth in the Expedicted Penalty Action Agreement & Consent Agreement in $1080.
