This is a cost recovery action pursuant to CERCLA section 107 for outstanding response costs incurred by EPA, plus interest in connection with the Heleva Landfill Superfund Site. In addition a declaratory judgement is being sought for liablity for all future response costs associated with the site. Pursuant to sections 107 and 113 of CERCLA.
