In addition to paying a penalty of $33,069.00, the Dept. of Transportation will perform a Supplemental Environmental Project with a value of $10,540.00. The SEP will be the installation and upgrading of a remote underground storage tank monitoring system at the state's transportation center in Smyrna, DE.
