IN CALCULATING THE DELETION QUANTITIES, THE FACILITY WAS USING THE SOLVENT RECLAIMED FROM THE WASTE SHIPMENTS IN THE MONTH THE WASTE WAS SHIPPED, AND NOT NECESSARILY IN THE MONTH IN WHICH THE TCE WAS ACTUALLY REMOVED FROM THE DEGREASER.
