Self disclosure of the following violations: Violation 1: Prior to March 13, 2003, maintenance records documenting the date and type of service for eight refrigeration units owned and operated by Moravian College containing more than 50 pounds of refrigerant were not maintained, in violation of 40 C.F.R. �� 82.166(k). Violation 2: Prior to March 13, 2003, records documenting the quantity of refrigerant added to eight refrigeration units owned and operated by Moravian College containing more than 50 pounds of refrigerant were not maintained, in violation of 40 C.F.R. �� 82.166(k). Violation 3: Prior to July 25, 2004, Moravian College, a small quantity generator as that term is used by 40 C.F.R. �� 260.10, failed to manage universal waste batteries and lamps in a way that prevents releases any universal waste or component of a universal waste to the environment, in violation of 40 C.F.R. ���� 273.13(a) and (d), which is incorporated by reference in the authorized Pennsylvania Hazardous Waste Program, 25 Pa. Code Ch. 266b. Violation 4: Prior to July 25, 2004, Moravian College, a small quantity generator as that term is used by 40 C.F.R. �� 260.10, failed to label and mark universal waste, in violation of 40 C.F.R. �� 273.14, which is incorporated by reference in the authorized Pennsylvania Hazardous Waste Program, 25 Pa. Code Ch. 266b. Violation 5: Prior to July 25, 2004, Moravian College, a small quantity generator as that term is used by 40 C.F.R. �� 260.10, violated the accumulation time limits for universal waste as set forth at 40 C.F.R. �� 273.15, which is incorporated by reference in the authorized Pennsylvania Hazardous Waste Program, 25 Pa. Code Ch. 266b. Violation 6: Prior to July 25, 2004, Moravian College, a small quantity generator as that term is used by 40 C.F.R. �� 260.10, failed to inform all employees who handle universal waste of the proper handling and emergency procedures appropriate to all types of universal waste handled at the Moravian College facilities, in violation of 40 C.F.R. �� 273.16 which is incorporated by reference in the authorized Pennsylvania Hazardous Waste Program, 25 Pa. Code Ch. 266b. Violation 7: Prior to July 1, 2004, Moravian College used registered pesticides inconsistent with the labeling of said registered pesticides, in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(G) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. �� 136j(a)(1)(G).
