This CA/FO and the two CA/FOs at EPA Docket Nos. CWA-03-2003-0371 and RCRA-03-2003-0370 are part of a comprehensive settlement of Respondent���s alleged violations of several environmental laws at twelve different facilities. This CA/FO involves eleven of the twelve facilities. Respondent���s violations included: failure to have properly implemented SPCC plans, failure to comply with Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permits, failure to register CFC recovery equipment, failure to comply with Virginia Stationary Source Permits, failure to comply with Virginia regulations for underground storage tanks, and failure to properly manage hazardous waste.
