Case summary

This AOC requires Rockwell Automation, Inc. (���Rockwell���) to clean up lead contamination on two parcels in Reedsvill, Preston County, West Virginia. Samples from the Site contained total lead levels up to 4,775 ppm. Rockwell is required to cleanup previously identified soil areas to 400 ppm lead. This order is issued by EPA pursuant to CERCLA Sections 106(a) and 122(a), to address an imminent and substantial endangerment, i.e., the threat to the public health, welfare and the environment dut to the actual or threatened release of lead, a hazardous substance, at and/or from the Site.
