THE NEW STREAM CHANNEL IS UNSTABLE, HIGHLY EROSIVE CAUSING INCREASED SEDIMENTATION ON THE PROPERTY AND DOWNSTREAM. THIS MAY LEAD TO INCREASED FLOODING IN THE SURROUNDING AREA.
