EPA Region III entered into an Administrative Order on Consent ( AOC ) with Honeywell International, Inc ( Respondent ) to perform a Non-Time Critical Removal at the Hanlin/Allied/Olin Superfund Site, locate din Moundsville, West Virginia ( Site ). Under the terms of the AOC, the Respondent will remove hazardous substances from the flood plain and consolidate them in a Corrective Action Management Unit ( CAMU ). This action will prevent these hazardous substances from being washed into the Ohio River in the event of a flood.
