Case summary
As a result of EPA's January 23, 2002 inspection, EPA determined that Medrad failed to comply with initial notification requirements, performance testing requirements, monitoring requirements and reporting requirements of the Ethylene Oxide NESHAP at its facility in Indianola, PA. Medrrrad attempted to conduct a performance test to bring its facility into compliance with performance testing requirements in August 2002. Do to unique circumstances concerning Medrad's process, Medrad claims that the August 2002 performance test is invalid
