Respondent is the former owner of a gasoline service station located on the boundary between DC and Maryland. The site consists of the service station and a residential neighborhood. Because of the potential migration of soil vapors associated with the release of petroleum related constituents from the service station, there is a potential for residents to be exposed to these constituents. A RCRA section 7003 UAO will require respondent to perform Interim Measure, determine the nature or extent of any releases of solid or hazardous wastes related to Respondents ownership and operation of the Chilliam Road Station and to perform a Corrective Measures Study to identify and evaluate alternatives for corrective action necessary to protectg human health and the environme
