The AOC resolves EPA's claims against Mr. Woodrow Moss for past and future costs associated with EPA's response actions at the Vienna PCE Site (Site) in Vienna, Wood County, West Virginia. EPA's response actions at the Site began in 1993 to address extensive PCE contamination of the groundwater in in Vienna. Under the terms of the AOC, Mr. Moss will pay $1000.00 to the Superfund
