On September 8, 2025, EPA signed a ROD for the Biodegradable Landfill BARC 6 (EPA OU1). The selected remedy was No Further Action for soil and No Action for groundwater, surface water and sediment. Five-year reviews will not be required at BARC 6 since there will be no hazardous substances remaining on site above levels that permit unlimited use and unrestricted exposure.
