On October 12, 2023, duly designated representatives of the Environmental Protection Agency (the EPA) conducted an inspection of and at the Respondent's facility located in and around 306 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ. At the time of the EPA inspection, Respondent had one PCB Transformer on site. During the EPA inspection, we noted that Respondent had not marked the means of access to the PCB Transformer area in accordance with the specifications and requirements of 40 CFR 761.40(j)(1). Respondent had not developed and maintained PCB Annual Documents in accordance with the specifications and requirements of 40 CFR 761.180(a). Respondent will pay a settlement figure of $30,020
