Respondent voluntarily disclosed they had discovered out-of-service PCB Items in a derelict building. During our discussions, Respondent discovered and immediately disclosed that additional out-of-service PCB Items were found in a similarly derelict building at another facility. PCB Items were not marked, stored, or inspected properly.
