Case summary
Respondent had been releasing hazardous waste emissions to the air from a regulated hazardous waste tank. Additionally, the regulated hazardous waste tank was not properly managed in accordance to Subpart J requirements. The facility had not been properly implementing and following the regulations set forth by Subpart BB and Subpart CC with regard to the regulated RCRA air emission standards, including LDAR monitoring. Lastly, Respondent failed to conduct container storage area inspections and make arrangements with local authorities.
