Case summary
Memorandum of Agreement whereby EPA will receive ninety (90) percent of sale proceeds of nine properties located at the Welsbach General Gas Mantle Superfund Site. EPA, after acquiring the Properties, demolished the houses on the Properties and remediated the radiological contamination present in soils on the Properties in accordance with the Record of Decision (ROD) for Operable Unit 1 (OUl) of the Site, dated July 23, 1999.
