Respondent failed to report 13 reportable chemical substances on its 2016 Chemical Data Reporting submission for it's Phillipsburg, NJ, facility and 16 chemical substances for it's Paris, KY, facility. Respondent has corrected the CDR for both facilities. Respondent also exported elemental mercury to 3 separate countries without obtaining the required exemption as required by Section 12 of TSCA. Respondent also failed to timely report for TRI 17 chemicals processed at its Phillipsburg, NJ facility in calendar year 2015.
