On August 31 and September 1, 2021, EPA conducted Site Reconnaissance Inspections (RI) at the WMA?s Anguilla Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), various manholes within the Anguilla Interceptor, and the LBJ, Fig Tree, Barren Spot, and Lagoon Street Pump Stations. Respondent shall submit to EPA a detailed Plan to address all the findings identified in the August 31 and September 1 inspections.
