Case summary
By no later than October 6, 2021, Respondent shall commence the comprehensive performance testing at the Facility EWI, in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEE and the Title V operating permit, and with the NJDEP?s May 10, 2021 conditional approval of the performance test plan. Within 45 days of the completion of the comprehensive performance test, Respondent shall submit the comprehensive performance test report to the EPA.
