The purpose of the letter and inspections was to determine whether the Rockaway, New Jersey facility was in compliance with the chemical reporting requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA), Section 313 - Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) program. The following issues were identified: Non-reporting for Copper Compounds, Zinc Compounds, Xylene, 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, and Certain Glycol Ethers, as well as inaccurate release reporting for Copper Compounds, Zinc Compounds, and Xylene. The facility has come into compliance.
