Case summary
Respondent owns and operates the facility located at or near 2 Parker Ave, Trenton, New Jersey. Stormwater from the facility drain to the Pond Run, a tributary of the Delaware River. Respondent has coverage for its stormwater discharges under NJPDES RVR Permit. EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the Facility on June 27, 2019 and identified noncompliance items, including, but not limited to the following: Failure to properly develop or implement the SPPP, failure to conduct inspection, and failure to implement best management practices required by the permit. The Administrative Order requires Respondent to comply with the terms and conditions of its NJPDES Permit. The Order is being issued with an Information Request, which requires, among other things, Respondent to revise the SPPP, and to submit a plan of action for addressing non-compliance items.
