Case summary
On March 27, 2019, EPA conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of the Respondent's MS4. The goal of this Inspection was was to evaluate the IDDE portion of the NYSDEC MS4 Permit, and to evaluate progress of EPA Order CWA-02-2015-3034. Upon review of the SWMP Plan, EPA found that the City has not been adequately conducting outfall inspections or self-assessments of municipal operations. Furthermore, the City has not properly updated or maintained their SWMP Plan. EPA also observed a number of BMP deficiencies onsite.
