EPA received a tip/complaint from the Princeton (NJ) Health Dept, alleging the Respondent was performing regulated renovations at a pre-1978 home located at Bank Street, Princeton, NJ 08542, not following lead-safe work practices, a violation of the Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Rule. EPA seeks a settlement requiring the Respondent to come into compliance with applicable regulations, and pay a monetary penalty.
