Case summary
The Respondent gained coverage under three NJDEP Construction General Permits (CGP), disturbing a total of approximately 17 acres of land at the Boulevard of the Americas construction site. The Respondent failed to conduct and document weekly site inspections, and failed to maintain stormwater BMPs including: failure to install/maintain sediment barriers; failure to maintain construction site entrances; failure to implement/maintain inlet protection; and failure to properly manage on-site construction waste. These measures are required by the CGP and the Site SPPP.
