Respondent is a permitted Phase II MS4 in New Jersey. An MS4 inspection was conducted on June 12 ? 13, 2018. As a result of the inspection, it was determined that the Respondent was not complying with the NJDEP Tier A Municipal General Stormwater Permit. Violations include, but are not limited to, failure to update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, failure to have a current outfall pipe map, failure to document inspections of maintenance yards, failure to have a formal program that documents long-term operation and maintenance for publicly owned best management practices, and failure to have the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and Municipal Stormwater Management Plan posted on Respondent's website by 4/1/2018 as required by the Permit. An Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order is being issued to order Respondent to comply with the Tier A Municipal General Permit conditions.
