This AO has been developed based on the need to eliminate discharges of sanitary sewage to receiving water bodies. The AO has also been developed to enforce NJPDES permit requirements regarding proper O&M of the sanitary sewer system. Injunctive relief focuses on the development of written O&M procedures. For purposes of this AO, it is assumed that an overall cost of $1,500 is required to develop such procedures. It is assumed that the written O&M procedures will be developed in house and not by a contractor.
