On August 22, 2017, the EPA conducted an industrial stormwater inspection, and as a result of the inspection, EPA determined the Respondent was not in compliance with the NYSDEC MSGP. Potential violations identified included: Failure to properly develop and implement elements of their SWPPP including a development of a adequate site map and implementation of an adequate training program; and failure to conduct required and failure to conduct and record required monitoring including quarterly visual monitoring, annual dry weather flow monitoring, and benchmark monitoring. An Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order is being issued to the Respondent.
