Potential violations identified included: Failure to eliminate all non-stormwater discharges; Failure to properly develop elements of their SWPPP including the development of good housekeeping practices; and failure to conduct and record required monitoring including quarterly visual monitoring, annual dry weather flow monitoring, and benchmark monitoring.
