Case summary
On June 28, 2017, EPA conducted an inspection and identified that the Facility conducts industrial activity regulated under 40 C.F.R. 122.26 and discharges stormwater associated with industrial activity to the Hudson River via a boat launch and catch basin. At the time of the CEI, the Facility did not have coverage under a SPDES Permit. This Order serves to require the Facility to obtain SPDES permit coverage for the unpermitted stormwater discharges associated with marina operations.
