On August 29, 2016, EPA conducted an inspection of the District. The District is required, pursuant to its SPDES permit to have written O&M procedures for its sanitary sewer system. The District was unable to provide them to EPA. This AO requires the development of such O&M procedures to the EPA and the NYSDEC. The District is performing certain maintenance of its sanitary sewer system, but needs to formalize its program through O&M procedures.
