On September 14, 2016, EPA conducted an inspection of the Town's Sanitary Sewer Systems (SSS) No. 1 and No. 2. As a result of the inspection, EPA identified that the Town had not developed written Operation and Maintenance (O & M) procedures for its collection systems, or installed or maintained signage at its outfalls, as required by its SPDES Permits. This Administrative Order requires the Town to develop written O & M procedures and install identification signs at the its outfalls in accordance with its Permits.
