Case summary
Respondent is a permitted Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System and was the subject of an EPA audit from June 11-12, 2014. On December 4, 2014, Respondent was issued an Administrative Order (CWA-02-2015-3006) for violations observed during the June /2014 audit. Subsequent to receipt of the Order, Respondent requested and received a sixty day extension to properly respond to the Order. Subsequent to missed deadlines, an overdue notice was sent on April 28, 2015 reminding Respondent of deadlines and that responses to CWA-02-2015-3006 were due. To date, there has been no response from the Respondent. There is no injunctive relief for this show cause order as it was previously calculated under CWA-02-2015-3006.
