Case summary

Respondent owns and operates a plastic pipe manufacturing facility located in Waverly, NY. Stormwater discharges from the facility drain to Cayuta Creek, located within the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Respondent has coverage under the NYSDEC SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGP). The Order requires the facility to comply with the terms and conditions of the MSGP.
