EPA received a tip/complaint alleging the Respondent was performing renovations at a pre-1978 property in Brooklyn, NY not following lead-safe work practices, a violation of the Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Rule. After review of the response, EPA determined that Post Renovation Cleaning Verification was not performed, nor was the optional Clearance Testing which is allowed in lieu of Cleaning Verification.
