Respondent documented that their PCB waste storage areas did not have adequate containment, and that PCB waste had been stored in one area for more than one year. Respondent has put in place many new procedures to dispose of waste in a timely fashion and prevent further violations. Respondent also paid a final penalty of $4,455.
