The Respondent manufactures private label cleaning products in North Collins, New York. The violative product Rite Aid Toilet Bowl Cleaner was found during an inspection of a Rite Aid Store. The product displayed pesticidal claims on its label and was therefore was an unregistered pesticide. In order to comply, the Respondent recalled and destroyed the product. For future production, the Respondent revised the label for product by removing pesticidal claims.
