Case summary
On May 10, 2012, a CEPD enforcement officer performed an inspection at the Project. As a result of the inspections findings, on November 20, 2012, EPA issued an Administrative Compliance Order (ACO), Docket Number CWA-02-2013-3105. On August 27, 2013, another CEPD enforcement officer performed a follow-up inspection at the Project and found the Respondent failed to apply for a NPDES permit for its discharges of pollutants into Jobos Bay. The inspector also found that the Project was almost completed (pending soil stabilization at areas near the playground).
