The Respondent owns and operates the Slopeside at Swain construction site in Grove, New York. The Site obtained coverage under the NYSDEC SPDES Construction General Permit (CGP) on July 9, 2012. EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) at the Site on September 27, 2013 and identified violations of the CGP including, but not limited to, failure to conduct weekly inspections and failure to implement the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The Order requires Respondent to comply with the conditions of the CGP. Stormwater discharges from the Site drain to Ewart Creek.
