The Defendant's total $8 million settlement payment will be split evenly between the Woodbrook Site and the NBH Site, i.e., $4 million will be paid to settle the claims of Region 2, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and the Department of the Interior for the Woodbrook Site and $4 million will be paid to settle claims of Region 1 and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the NBH Site.
