The Respondents failed to comply with the conditions of its NYSDEC SPDES Construction General Permit by failing to implement and maintain the SWPPP, failing to obtain written authorization to disturb greater than five (5) acres of soil at any one time from the NYSDEC or MS4, and failing to implement corrective actions subsequent to inspection notifications. Stormwater discharges from the Site drain to Beckers Brook.
