Case summary
EPA conducted an MS4 Audit on July 21, 2012 - August 2, 2012 and determined the Town was not complying with conditions of its NYSDEC SPEDES MS4 Permit. Violations include, but are not limited to the following: failure to develop and implement measurable goals; failure to fully develop and implement its IDDE program and construction site stormwater program; failure to conduct a self assessment that includes municipal facilities; and failure to timely submit annual reports to the Department by June 1 of each reporting year. The Administrative Order requires the Town to comply with the conditions in its MS4 Permit.
