Case summary
On September 30, 2013 EPA and the Respondents signed an administrative settlement agreement and order on consent for performance of a remedial investigation and feasibility study for the groundwater and landfill components of the Dewey Loeffel Landfill Site. In addition, the Respondents will be paying EPA's past response costs and EPA's future oversight costs associated with the landfill and the groundwater RI/FS.
