Case summary
Several facilities owned/operated by Respondent failed to monitor tanks every 30 days. The method of monthly monitoring was SIR. On several occasions, facilities would have monthly results that were inconclusive, therefore no determination could be made as to if the tanks were leaking or not. Complaint initiated. Facilities have been sold by Respondent and the company no longer owns/operates the USTs systems.
