Case summary

On May 27, 2010, EPA issued an Administrative Compliance Order (ACO) to the Respondent for its failure to file a Notice of Intent (NOI), to submit the Storm Water Management Program (SWMP), and to obtain coverage under the NPDES Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit for Puerto Rico. The Municipality failed to comply with the ACO, and on June 24, 2011, EPA issued a Show Cause Order. Complying actions captured under 02-2010-3105.
