Case summary
Respondent began construction at the Site in Raritan Township, NJ on January 10, 2007. CGP coverage was obtained September 19, 2005 and 68.82 acres of land was disturbed. Stormwater from the site discharges to a tributary to the South Branch of the Raritan River. A CEI of the site was conducted on July 23, 2009 and violations identified include failure to conduct regular site inspections, maintain stormwater BMPs, and failure to develop a complete SPPP in accordance with the CGP.
